Role Summary:

As a Wellness Center Receptionist, you will be the initial point of contact for residents and guests at our upscale facilities. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a remarkable experience from arrival to departure.

Your main objective is to foster a sense of belonging and appreciation among our residents and guests through genuine interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless operations by maintaining effective communication with team members, management, and visitors.
  • Provide a warm greeting to members, residents, and guests, making them feel valued upon entry.
  • Manage check-in procedures, including membership verification, identification checks, and payment processing for services.
  • Respond promptly to phone inquiries and emails, offering information regarding services, schedules, and other relevant details.
  • Inform guests of property management rules and regulations as necessary.
  • Address guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy, escalating issues to management when required.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and organized, ensuring promotional materials are displayed appropriately.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and services to assist guests effectively.
  • Present a polished appearance in the provided uniform.
  • Engage positively with guests and residents, enhancing their experience.

We seek an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work independently. Building rapport through eye contact and a friendly demeanor is essential. The compensation for this role is $16.00 per hour.
