About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing professional and effective customer service to internal and external customers while striving for a one-stop resolution. Key responsibilities include proactively resolving membership, meeting, publication, product, program, and certification inquiries, as well as processing orders and responding to general inquiries via phone, fax, and email. Strong communication skills, proficiency in database management systems, and issue-tracking software like Jira Management are essential for this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience in a customer service role or call center environment, and excellent verbal communication skills. A customer-centric attitude, professionalism, and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications, are also necessary. Familiarity with issue-tracking software like Jira Management is a plus. We offer competitive pay, ranging from $22 to $24 per hour, depending on factors such as job-related skills, experience, market data, and location.
