We are currently seeking a Retail Operations Leader.

The Retail Operations Leader will report directly to the District Sales Supervisor and will be accountable for the effective and profitable management of the store, adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the store's financial performance by managing budgets, inventory, shrinkage, expenses, and labor costs.
  • Provide ongoing leadership to the team, ensuring they are inspired, coached, and developed to achieve optimal performance and enhance the customer experience.
  • Exemplify exceptional customer service and demonstrate effective brand selling techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and visual presentation guidelines, along with all company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with the District Sales Supervisor, offering insights to support decision-making and improve business outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
  • Goal-oriented, dynamic, and driven individual.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in organizing, prioritizing, delegating, and following up on tasks.
  • Exemplary emotional control and a collaborative team player.
  • Client-focused with strong coaching and monitoring capabilities.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive and innovative mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
