K1 Speed is the nation's indoor electric karting leader and innovator, and we're looking for a talented Shift Supervisor to join our team

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be responsible for training staff to be their best selves, leading by example and driving results. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, from cash handling to customer service, and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash handling duties, including preparation of tills, change fund maintenance, and preparation of deposits
  • Customer interaction and auditing of customer experience, including event execution
  • Ensuring staff adhere to cash handling procedures and sell effectively
  • Ensuring track personnel run races safely and efficiently
  • Ensuring mechanic personnel maintain karts in peak working condition
  • Ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and provide outstanding customer service
  • Ordering and purchasing operation supplies, concessions, and retail merchandise
  • Performing operational paperwork duties, including safety, payroll, and facility
  • Contributing to schedules and employee communications
  • Corresponding with Management and providing regular reports
  • Maintaining operational feasibility and facility appearance

Requirements:

  • Ability to safely lift/push/pull heavy objects on an ongoing basis
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in fields such as restaurant, entertainment, hospitality, bowling alleys, amusement parks, or miniature golf
  • Great customer service skills and ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Background Check required prior to employment
  • Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
