Marketing Manager Job Description

At Grace and Lace, we're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our digital and mobile marketing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, including our Shopify Plus e-commerce platform and mobile app powered by Tapcart.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies to increase traffic, boost conversions, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan and launch marketing campaigns around key events, such as product launches, promotions, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales.
  • Optimize campaigns for engagement, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Ensure seamless integration and optimization of the Shopify Plus store and Tapcart mobile app.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Lead email and SMS marketing efforts using Klaviyo and other tools.
  • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies in coordination with content marketing efforts.
  • Guide and direct Grace and Lace social media strategy.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Manage and enhance the VIP Perks loyalty program and referral programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in fashion or retail.
  • Proficiency with Shopify Plus, Tapcart, and essential Shopify Plus apps.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, SEO, and email.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools, including Shopify Plus reporting, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Creativity paired with an analytical mindset to drive data-driven marketing decisions.
