Job DescriptionRightStone is seeking a highly skilled Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer transactions, from inquiry to remittance. This includes facilitating customer interactions, order management, and overall customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve commercial and technical risks, including pricing issues and technical clarifications.
  • Issue Return Material Authorizations and track returns.
  • Facilitate order entry, provide order status updates, and resolve customer issues.
  • Manage shop fulfillment prioritization of customer-specific orders.
  • Manage hold orders and maximize on-time delivery through constant communication and prioritization of the shop fulfillment.
  • Work in close partnership with sales teams on customer and order-related issues.
  • Collaborate with leadership for all necessary process improvements.
  • Manage escalations from external customers through clear communication, influencing teams, and prioritization of activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum 4 years of experience in customer-facing or purchasing/buying roles in Oil & Gas or Power-related Industries).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Aftermarket/Services.
Additional Assignment Details:
  • Work Schedule: M-F 40 hrs./wk. (hybrid work schedule, 3 days onsite).
