Guest Experience Specialist

As a Guest Experience Specialist at T-Mobile Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience during events and concerts. You will be responsible for providing timely and professional assistance to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns, and enforcing venue policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to all guests of T-Mobile Center, addressing their questions, needs, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist and accommodate guests with special needs as needed.
- Collaborate with Guest Services management to retrieve lost and found property as needed.
- Enforce all venue policies and procedures, including safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to speak, understand, and follow directions in English.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
