Role Overview
Crowne Plaza KC Downtown-Kansas City, MO is seeking a skilled Guest Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to our guests. This role involves working at the front desk, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests and ensuring that they feel valued and respected.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handle payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide guests with the best possible experience.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computational ability and basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities, as well as general knowledge of the city and its attractions.

Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $50,000-$65,000, depending on experience.
