Job Responsibilities
  • Design, install, upgrade, and repair commercial security systems, including camera, access, intercom, and intrusion systems.
  • Perform system replacements, repairs, and disconnects, ensuring seamless service to customers.
  • Conduct signal verification, system testing, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
  • Assist customers with downloads and device configurations, providing education and training on system operation and functionality.
  • Complete installation checklists and capture customer signatures, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Manage individual truck stock inventory, materials, tools, and company equipment, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Return defective and excess equipment to warehouse inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Self-monitor performance through scorecard reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Acknowledge, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures, maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
  • Represent Lloyd Security with consistent professionalism, adhering to dress code and company standards.
  • Submit accurate and timely documentation to immediate supervisors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work required on-call duty to handle after-hour service issues, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
  • Ability to be physically fit and climb, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Hold a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and conduct diagnostics to successfully problem solve under pressure.
  • Motivated team player with a positive attitude and desire to learn and deliver high-quality work.
  • Strong customer service skills and genuine desire to interact with customers, maintaining a professional appearance.
  • PLT License and/or Technical school training is a preferred.
  • Must pass background check and drug test.
