Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our experienced Management Consulting team. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead project management and business/data analysis efforts to drive effective solutions for our clients' needs. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business, evaluate issues, and develop solutions to become their trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams to drive requirements gathering sessions and prepare client presentations and work products
  • Apply business analysis and process knowledge, along with effective project management skills, to plan and lead work streams with small teams
  • Run overall business analysis efforts according to the project plan
  • Demonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach
  • Translate business requirements into solution design
  • Lead business process current state discovery sessions and gather current state workflows
  • Facilitate the development of future state workflows, identifying process, interpersonal, and technical gaps
  • Develop a detailed plan to fill current state/future state gaps
  • Define and execute workflow-based end-user test scenarios
  • Assist with test data management and execution oversight
  • Lead direct or indirect team members for specific projects or objectives
  • Lead client status and executive review meetings as needed
  • Drive additional opportunities at the client

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • 3+ years of management consulting, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and distill concepts to clients
  • Fully understand client business and become the key trusted adviser
  • Experience in identifying risks and collaborating with the client to drive action to mitigate and resolve issues
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, working independently
  • Organizational skills and the ability to handle a vast array of information
  • Understanding of data management, information flow, and data governance issues
  • Experience with vendor integration and management
  • Experience serving as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions
  • Proficient in defining and documenting business processes and requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; master's degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses

Location

Atlanta, GA based position. No relocation budget available.
