Job Title: Senior Technology Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Technology Consultant to join our Strategy & Business Transformation (S&BT) practice. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with technology leaders to drive business and technology transformation, addressing gaps through business and technology capability roadmaps, technology governance, change management, technology sourcing, operating model strategies, and business engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and lead portions of an engagement to ensure quality client deliverables and serve as a competent, effective member of client delivery/project teams.
  • Apply well-honed consulting, project management, and functional skills in the execution of the work.
  • Identify and resolve issues critical to the clients' strategic and operational success.
  • Develop conclusions and recommendations, leading client interviews to understand complex business issues, and developing content for client presentations.
  • Provide technical/functional content and implementation assistance as required, meeting with clients to assure assignment progress and maintaining and expanding client relationships through delivery of high-quality work.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and supervise the efforts of junior staff.
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of related consulting or industry experience showing progression/promotion.
  • Outstanding analytical capability and the ability to synthesize findings.
  • Demonstrated MS Office and data modeling skills.
  • Solid understanding of strategy and operations within targeted industries.
  • The ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • An MBA or other relevant advanced degree from a top educational institution.
