Qualifications Required

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 7 Years of experience as a Business Analyst/Quality Analyst.
  • Proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, business analysts, vendors, and end-users in cross-functional teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, structured, analytical, and logical with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations and achieving project objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Identify and articulate business requirements by swiftly grasping both business and technical needs based on input from a diverse user group.
  • Develop process flows and screen designs, providing storyboarding to support system design while reviewing and interpreting ongoing business requirements.
  • Document business requirements in a clear format that effectively communicates the specific functionalities to be developed and secure necessary approvals.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with UI/UX designers, application developers, backend teams, content management systems, testing teams, and other subject matter experts throughout the design and development phases.
  • Collaborate closely with the applications manager to create and maintain product roadmaps, epics, user stories, use cases, and other essential product documentation.
  • Draft test cases based on wireframes, design comps, and functional requirements.
  • Conduct functional testing as well as cross-browser and mobile device testing.
  • Oversee end-to-end testing of complete, interactive web and mobile applications.
  • Monitor and identify issues related to content, layout, usability, accessibility, functionality, and compliance across various browsers and devices.
  • Review product specifications and devise effective testing strategies, plans, and tools to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Thoroughly test solutions to ensure their functionality and integrity.
  • Possess the ability to write SQL queries and compile necessary data and reports.
  • Manage and maintain all requirements documentation and traceability matrices.
  • Provide Help Desk support as needed to assist with production applications.
