- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
- Manage and maintain Server OS 2019/2016.
- Configure and troubleshoot printer setups and driver management.
- Expertise in Windows registry, file system, and user profiles (local/roaming).
- Proficient with Lenovo/Dell hardware and command line/Powershell scripting.
- Familiarity with light app packaging and Ivanti User Personalization.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Citrix Workspace App, Zoom VDI plug-ins, XenApp, and Remote Desktop.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Office 365 and managing Windows 10/11.

- Strong knowledge of legal/business apps like iManage, Litera, Adobe Acrobat DC, Chrome, Edge, Zoom, and MS Teams.
- Skilled in printer setups and driver management.

- A competitive salary range of $100k-$130k/yr based on experience.
