POSITION SUMMARY:
The Regulatory Specialist in the Quality Department plays a vital role in supporting our accreditation initiatives. This position is responsible for managing the accreditation review process, coordinating site visits, and maintaining comprehensive accreditation documentation. The specialist will also monitor and address issues to enhance accreditation programs and professional development opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and process accreditation report evaluations.
- Initiate and track review timelines, ensuring timely completion.
- Provide accurate guidance regarding accreditation processes to stakeholders.
- Maintain both electronic and physical accreditation files in compliance with retention policies.
- Coordinate site visits, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the department.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent experience: Required
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
- Five years of relevant technical experience: Preferred
