Key Responsibilities:
The initial patient interaction occurs in our call center. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Scheduling appointments while verifying patient demographics and insurance details in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Acting as a communication bridge between physicians and referring facilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We seek a personable individual with exceptional communication and customer service abilities. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and proficient with technology. A capacity to handle multiple tasks while adhering to company policies is essential. Candidates must be trainable and capable of working without constant access to personal mobile devices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective patient interactions.

  • Prior experience in customer service roles.
