Lead Customer Service Representative

Circle K is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the training and development of new Customer Service Representatives, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Perform shift supervision, ensuring the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Complete all store merchandise build-to's, ensuring accurate and timely inventory management.
  • Coordinate grocery orders and deliveries, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
