Soccer Shots Southwest Connecticut is seeking a qualified Soccer Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading engaging and fun soccer sessions for children aged 2-8 years old with special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our curriculum, focusing on skill and character development, in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Manage a class of up to 12 children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families, arriving on-time and being prepared for each session.
  • Manage class rosters and fill session feedback forms to help us improve our programs.
Requirements
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Passion for positively impacting youth players with special needs.
  • Energetic, confident, and motivated personality.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
  • Experience working with non-neurotypical children is preferred.
