Soccer Shots Southwest Connecticut is seeking a qualified Soccer Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading engaging and fun soccer sessions for children aged 2-8 years old with special needs.
Key Responsibilities- Implement our curriculum, focusing on skill and character development, in a safe and supportive environment.
- Manage a class of up to 12 children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families, arriving on-time and being prepared for each session.
- Manage class rosters and fill session feedback forms to help us improve our programs.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Passion for positively impacting youth players with special needs.
- Energetic, confident, and motivated personality.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID.
- High School Diploma.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
- Experience working with non-neurotypical children is preferred.
- $25 - $30 per hour ($20 during training) for 30-45 minute sessions.
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate your location and availability.
