Job OverviewSoccer Shots Southwest Connecticut is seeking a passionate and energetic Soccer Coach to lead our children's soccer program. As a Coach, you will be responsible for implementing our curriculum, which focuses on skill and character development, in a fun and engaging way. Our program is designed for children ages 2-8 and is tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. We are looking for someone who is passionate about positively impacting youth players and has a strong desire to make a difference in their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Implement our curriculum, which focuses on skill and character development, in a fun and engaging way
  • Manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field
  • Arrive on-time (early) to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
  • Manage class rosters and fill session feedback forms

Requirements
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8)
  • Energetic, confident, and motivated personality
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License or State ID
  • High School Diploma
  • Eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a background check
  • Experience working with non-nuerotypical children is preferred
