Soccer Coach

We are seeking an enthusiastic Soccer Coach to lead our children in fun and educational activities, while ensuring safety for all.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development.

New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and can earn from $20 per hour up to $45 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Lead classes in a non-competitive approach to ensure a stress-free environment.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.

Requirements:

• Availability must include one or more of the following: Weekday Mornings, Weekday Afternoons, Weekend Mornings.
• Punctual, willing to learn and accept feedback.
• Prior experience working with children.
• Must be motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive.
• Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing.
• Reliable access to vehicle.

Benefits:

• After completing our training program, coaches make $30 per hour, with opportunities for advancement to up to $52.50 per hour.
• Coaches will also be reimbursed for CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Continual coach training and mentorship opportunities allow you to learn, grow, and develop as a coach.
