Employee Experience Manager

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention and engagement
  • Oversee the new hire onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees
  • Manage and track training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management to resolve performance concerns and other employee matters
  • Champion benefits and wellness initiatives, including communications, reporting, and activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience and knowledge
  • Two years' experience in human resources and/or payroll, preferably in the healthcare or senior living industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
