Staff Medication Specialist

Job Summary:
The Staff Pharmacist plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications within the Washington Health System. This position requires a strong understanding of medication orders and patient profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret physicians' medication orders and maintain accurate patient medication profiles.
- Prepare, dispense, and distribute medications as needed.
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
- Meet established Washington Health System Core Staff Pharmacist Skills & Responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy with a PharmD or Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy.
Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts, including 7-3, 8-4, 3-11, and 11-7, with 16 hours per week.
