Job Summary
The Systems Support Specialist provides hardware and software support to end-users, including telephone and desk-side assistance. This role requires frequent interaction with internal and external users, including staff, clients, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
- Assist users with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Communicate effectively with users, including those with varying levels of technical expertise
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to resolve technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software developments
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of corporate or law firm Helpdesk experience
- Microsoft Certified Professional Certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of word processing applications and remote access software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions
- Ability to work outside regular business hours as needed
- Availability by phone and email 24/7
- Work may be performed at a client site or in corporate headquarters
