Position Summary: We are currently seeking a part-time Guest Services Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate data entry and retrieval.
- Address guest inquiries and provide information regarding hotel services and amenities.
- Handle payment transactions, including credit cards and vouchers, while maintaining accurate records.
- Resolve guest complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is well-stocked and organized.
- Assist guests with special requests and provide support during emergencies.
Schedule: This is a part-time position with shifts available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
Compensation: The pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour, with additional benefits including free meals and uniforms at select locations.
