Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in creating visual content for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, brochures, newsletters, and presentations using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
* Help manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook by creating, scheduling, and posting content.
* Develop engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns.
* Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and coordinating marketing activities.
* Support efforts to enhance our website's SEO through keyword research and on-page optimization.
* Assist in designing and implementing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, tracking their performance, and suggesting improvements.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics.

Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
* Basic understanding of SEO principles and email marketing.
* Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* An interest in AI, machine learning, and the financial industry is a plus.
