About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Acumen Academy. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns to elevate Acumen Academy's digital presence
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Hubspot and GA4 analytics, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with agency partners to maximize effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts
  • Manage project timelines and work closely with development teams to optimize website features and functionality
  • Provide testing plans for new learning resource products and summarize findings
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing and communications
  • Expertise in Hubspot for email and contact list management, as well as CMS management (Contentful, Hubspot)
  • Ability to get up to speed on new platforms and navigate data in Salesforce and other marketing-focused analytics systems
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, including keyword research and content strategy
  • Preferred: Based in New York City and authorized to work in the US
  • Self-reflective and aligned with Acumen's values
