Job Overview

Naples Soap Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer engagement, and brand loyalty among consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of diverse individuals, fostering a cohesive and motivated workforce.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively interacting with customers and understanding their preferences.
  • Assist in training and development of store staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Take ownership of inventory management, ensuring an organized store environment.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a keyholder or assistant manager.
  • A genuine passion for retail and a deep understanding of customer shopping behaviors.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and engage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
