We are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our sales and recruiting team as interns. As a sales and recruiting development intern, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the staffing industry and develop your skills in sales and recruitment.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with our sales team to discuss client positions and learn about the sales process
  • Sourcing candidates via job sites and our proprietary database
  • 40-60 calls daily leading to 30 candidate phone interviews a week
  • 1on1s with Account Manager mentors to learn, role-play, and ask questions
  • Cold calling clients, setting meetings, and joining the AM on those meetings
  • Monthly presentations to discuss your development and feedback
Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are driven, motivated, and have a growth mindset. If you are not driven by the thrill of fast-paced, in-person sales, then this internship is not the right fit. We are seeking people who love building in-person relationships and are urgent, aggressive, and direct.

Compensation

Insight Global offers a competitive hourly rate during the internship ranging from $16/hr - $28.80/hr., dependent on office location. Interns are expected to work 36 hours weekly during the 8-week internship and will be paid for actual hours worked, eligible for overtime. If offered a full-time role after graduation, salaries range from $37,000- $66,560 annually, dependent on office locations with $5,000 in LTIPs (Long Term Incentive Plan).
