Job Description

The Inside Sales Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives at Altek. The individuals in the role must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with business partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly source new sales opportunities through cultivation of our existing client base.
  • Make outbound calls and emails to prospective business partners to generate interest and qualify prospects.
  • Obtain detailed information on customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with business partners to maintain, grow, and share best practices to drive sales growth.
  • Progress qualified opportunities to deal closure, ensuring timely and effective sales processes.
  • Work effectively within our CRM system to track sales progress and customer interactions.
  • Perform related work and additional duties as requested or assigned by supervisor to support sales team goals.
  • Potential to visit clients to evaluate needs and promote products and services to drive sales growth.
  • Assist other sales team members where necessary to close sales opportunities and drive team success.
