About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Sysco. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive business results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
