Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Audio-Video Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with senior executives, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities and develop a growing customer portfolio.
  • Target senior executives and C-Suite contacts to present the Ford Audio-Video Systems value proposition.
  • Set appointments for in-person and virtual meetings to discuss value-driven customer proposals.
  • Partner with our engineering and support teams to create and deliver customized solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Close sales to exceed compensation expectations and represent Ford Audio-Video Systems as the single point of accountability to customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B technical sales, with a track record of success in selling complex solutions to senior executives.
  • Ability to set goals, develop plans, and demonstrate persistence to achieve results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Hoovers, LinkedIn, and other sales productivity tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
