Job Title: Group Home Manager

Marrakech is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Group Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential group home for individuals with developmental disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of caregivers to provide high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Coordinate and manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Collaborate with the Marrakech management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports, including financial and medical information.
  • Participate in the hiring process and provide ongoing training and support to staff.
  • Ensure the safety and security of residents and staff, and respond to emergencies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or special education.
  • At least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, with a minimum of one year in a supervisory role.
  • Valid CT driver's license and DDS medication certification.
  • PMT certification.
