Lead Bartender

The Lead Bartender will play a key role in maintaining the existing bar program and assisting in the development of forthcoming phases. This individual will be responsible for training new bartenders and bar backs in all technical aspects of bar operations, as well as maintaining batching consistency and par upkeep.

• Guest Experience: Oversee and guide guests' complete dining and restaurant experience, providing knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times.
• Beverage Knowledge: Possess extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, local craft and international beers, wine varietals, and pairings.
• Service Standards: Adhere to all company service standards and protocols, including the use of the POS system for order entry and payment processing.
• Sanitation and Maintenance: Maintain a sanitary environment for incoming and outgoing guests, including sanitizing tables and chairs and bathrooms between guest use.
• Team Support: Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction of all guests before, during, and after service.
• Inventory Management: Assist management in inventory management, organization, cleaning schedule, and checklist maintenance.

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
• Skills: Strong beverage knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
• Physical Demands: The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
