Job Title: Associate Field Service Engineer

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Service Organization, you will be responsible for maintaining diagnostic tools that directly impact patient health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to Beckman Coulter customers, ensuring optimal performance of our equipment.
  • Work independently to troubleshoot, install, and perform preventative maintenance and service repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
  • Develop and maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet their requirements and provide technical training on products.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent military experience.
  • 1-year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation.
  • Current valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to travel and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' experience in advanced troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and/or service repair.
  • Developing positive business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical college major in biomed, engineering, or related field.
