  • Work independently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Represent CBI Inc in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the inspection field, preferably with a strong construction background.
  • A valid contractor's license or inspector certification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to climb ladders and navigate various types of properties.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

The compensation for this position is competitive and based on the number of units inspected, averaging $40-$50 per hour.
