Quality Inspector

Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our quality team. This role focuses on inspecting incoming parts and performing various quality control duties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and sort non-conforming parts to identify defects and categorize them appropriately.
- Document and report issues with parts, including detailed descriptions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper handling and disposition of sorted parts.
- Maintain organized records of sorted parts and related documentation.
- Conduct IPQC inspections and QCS inspections.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Quality Inspection in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of machining, assembly, or other relevant manufacturing processes.
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), and other precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Problem-solving abilities and skill in identifying and addressing quality issues.
- Competence in using software for recording inspection results, Microsoft Excel or quality management software.
