Job Description

Payne Pest Management is seeking a skilled Termite Inspector to join our team in San Diego. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a working partnership with commercial properties, homeowners, and property managers. Your primary duties will include conducting inspections of commercial and residential units to identify wood destroying organisms, creating diagrams of inspected properties, and making proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, a great work ethic, and the ability to thoroughly inspect residential and corporate properties. A Renewal/Termite Inspector will also be responsible for maintaining a clean driving record and passing a background check and pre-employment physical.
