- Service Level Reporting: Create and submit monthly reports on service levels for clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Sales, with a strong background in business development and account management.
- Transportation Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the transportation industry is preferred, but not required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Ability to set priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
