About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at The Madison on Marsh. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing practices and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Your ability to provide empathetic care and maintain confidentiality will also be essential.
Responsibilities- You will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending physicians.
- Observes, assesses, and reports patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
- EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
- May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient's care plan.
- Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
- Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
