We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide exceptional patient care, diagnosing and treating various health conditions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses, prescribing necessary medications and treatments as required.
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients, identifying potential health risks and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement effective patient management policies and procedures, ensuring seamless coordination with collaborating physicians and specialists.
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification as a NP/PA
  • Licensure in the state of Texas
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, fostering trust and understanding
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership qualities, with excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Compensation: A competitive salary, commensurate with experience ($120,000 - $150,000 annually), offers an attractive package for our ideal candidate.

Work Schedule: A flexible schedule of 22-25 hours per week, allowing our Advanced Healthcare Practitioner to adapt to changing healthcare demands.
