Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of scientists and engineers to support Alinity m expansion and improve manufacturing capacity
- Lead projects to improve manufacturing capacity and automation throughput with filling, sealing, and pouching equipment
- Support On-Market Design Changes, Supplier Notifications, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Disruptions, CAPA Investigations, and Regulatory Support
- Collaborate with R&D functions and liaison with Manufacturing, Design QA, MQA, and QC
- Facilitate the integration of scientific, regulatory, marketing, compliance, and customer support and operational activities for Molecular Dx on-market product families and/or key processes
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in a related technical discipline
- Proficiency in resource planning, budgetary management, and personnel administration
- Experience in identification and implementation of business strategies for issues related to manufacturing, suppliers, commercial operations
- Technical knowledge to acquire, analyze, and interpret data
- Computer and data management skills
- Managed/lead multiple expanded investigations applying six sigma tools for root cause identification
- Advanced degree(s) may offset required years of experience
- Masters or PhD in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry)
- At least 5 or more years managing others in a similar environment
- At least 3 or more years supporting CAPA and Regulatory functions
- Statistical Analysis tools experience for data analysis: SQL, R, Python, JMP. Power BI, Tableau
