About the Role- Lead a team of directors and managers in Maintenance, Procurement, Fleet Management, Safety, and Operations Analytics & Standards.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with business leaders to establish strategic goals and ensure their pursuit, monitoring, and reporting.
- Oversee all maintenance standards and procedures for the company, creating and tracking maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide strategic planning, change management, and organizational leadership to achieve business objectives.
- Develop, enhance, and lead critical aspects of purchasing across the organization.

- Manage trends in maintenance and repair costs through standardized and effective preventative maintenance programs.

- At least 10 years' professional experience in transportation and/or logistics.
- Bachelor's degree level education and strong financial, pricing, and maintenance spend acumen.
- At least 10 years' Class 8 maintenance management experience.
- At least 10 years Purchasing/Vendor Management experience.
- Proven experience with managing effective vendor relationships.
- Strong process and planning background.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce.
- Results-oriented with a proven record of exceeding objectives.
- Well-developed business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Above-average proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
