Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of retention and loyalty.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ongoing support to insurance clients as required.
  • Process premium payments from clients efficiently.
  • Stay informed about new product offerings.
  • Maintain client relationships through follow-up communications via phone, email, or text.
  • Address all inquiries, change requests, and sales requests promptly.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a customer service role within a professional setting.
  • Possess a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to speak, write, and read fluently.
