Sales Director

Procare HR seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in enhancing the reputation and outreach of Whitehall Pearl at Fort Mill. The successful candidate will develop strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with prospective residents and their families.
The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships and providing personalized service to ensure that the unique needs and preferences of seniors are met. This includes driving occupancy rates and contributing to the overall mission of delivering exceptional quality of life for residents.
As a key member of our team, the Sales Director will be responsible for:
- Fostering Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, their families, and referral sources.
- Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Whitehall Pearl at Fort Mill and drive occupancy rates.
- Presentation Development: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to showcase the benefits of our community and drive sales.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare sales and excellent customer service skills. They will be goal-oriented, able to multitask, and possess a strong ability to follow up on leads and close sales. A bachelor's degree in marketing is preferred but not required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$90,000 per year, paid time off, holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a variety of supplemental insurances available.
