About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled sales leader to join our team as the Director of Sales. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets and drive significant growth in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams and delivering substantial growth month over month and year over year. They will be responsible for managing and directing the market center, ensuring alignment with national organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets
  • Recruit, select, train, motivate, inspire, and hold accountable a high-performing team of sales professionals
  • Manage and direct the market center, ensuring alignment with national organizational goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain KPIs for Agents in line with Mark Spain's broader business objectives
  • Provide continuous coaching and support to drive performance, ensuring each team member is equipped for success

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and proven success in driving significant growth in a dynamic environment
  • Extensive sales leadership experience with a history of exceeding ambitious targets, ideally through sales teams of 15+
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Strong Technical Skills and proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
