Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Audience Services Representative to join our team at ATG Entertainment. As a key member of our Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling ticketing and sales inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist guests with trip logistics, including parking and dining suggestions
  • Make outbound sales and marketing calls to promote our shows and events
  • Handle fresh desk inquiries and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Provide general office support, including data entry, mail, filing, and various projects

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or box office environment
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain information
  • General understanding of theatre etiquette, ticketing, and seating
