ABOUT THE TEAM

The Cybersecurity Portfolio division plays a crucial role in aligning Cybersecurity initiatives with our strategic goals, facilitating ongoing capabilities that safeguard the organization while promoting sustainable growth. To achieve this, enhanced visibility into the diverse Cybersecurity services across the global enterprise is essential. We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst to assist in the strategic alignment and financial management of the Cybersecurity portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be adept with financial tools, and thrive in a dynamic environment while being comfortable with uncertainty.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Evaluate performance metrics, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and provide insights and recommendations based on both financial and non-financial data.
  • Propose, develop, and collaborate on the implementation of new and improved portfolio management capabilities.
  • Assess the effects of changing priorities within the Portfolio to ensure alignment with agile business strategies.
  • Organize the preparation of portfolio and executive reports, presentations, and metrics for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Lead ad hoc projects that support a flexible and dynamic technology environment.
  • Work closely with Cybersecurity leadership to deepen understanding of business needs and ensure strategic alignment across all portfolio levels.
  • Facilitate meetings with Cybersecurity leadership and stakeholders to gather insights and provide necessary support.
  • Serve as a liaison for cross-functional teams, addressing a variety of issues or concerns.
  • Assist Cybersecurity leaders through various budgeting and forecasting processes and cycles.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in executive support, business analysis, or portfolio management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong skills in process coordination, including scoping, standardization, and prioritization.
  • Proficient in financial reporting tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and other tools for creating accurate presentations and reports.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Experience working with technology or cybersecurity leaders and stakeholders is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and technology portfolios is a plus.
