Position Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Portfolio Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the strategic alignment and financial management of the Cybersecurity Portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be adept with financial tools, and thrive in dynamic environments while navigating uncertainty.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct performance analysis to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on financial metrics.
2. Propose, develop, and collaborate on enhancing existing portfolio management capabilities and implementing new strategies.
3. Assess the implications of changing priorities within the Portfolio to ensure alignment with agile business strategies.
4. Organize and prepare portfolio and executive reports, presentations, and metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
5. Lead ad hoc projects that support a flexible and evolving technology landscape.
6. Work closely with Cybersecurity leadership to deepen understanding of business needs and ensure strategic alignment across all portfolio levels.
7. Facilitate meetings with Cybersecurity leadership and stakeholders to gather insights and provide necessary support.
8. Serve as a liaison for cross-functional teams, addressing various issues and concerns.
9. Assist Cybersecurity leaders throughout the budgeting and forecasting processes.


Purpose of the Cybersecurity Portfolio Team:
The Cybersecurity Portfolio Team is dedicated to aligning cybersecurity initiatives with overarching business objectives to maximize impact. We focus on optimizing resource allocation and efficiency to ensure effective asset utilization across cybersecurity. Our goal is to enhance transparency and decision-making, enabling informed and timely choices by senior leadership.

Qualifications:
1. Experience collaborating with technology or cybersecurity leaders.
2. Familiarity with cybersecurity and technology portfolios.
3. A minimum of 5 years in executive support, business analysis, or portfolio management.
4. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
5. Strong skills in process coordination, including scoping, standardization, and prioritization.
6. Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software (Excel, Power BI).
7. Expertise in PowerPoint and other tools for creating accurate presentations and reports.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
