Job Summary
We are looking for qualified Independently Licensed Therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, SUDP) to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person and remotely using company-provided Telehealth software.
This role also involves documentation in our EMR (Athena I) and compliance with agency policies and procedures. We offer flexible work arrangements, including onsite, remote, and hybrid options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
