We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) to join our team in Kennewick, WA. This full-time, onsite role involves working 1:1 with students, helping them achieve their behavioral and educational goals.

- Caseload: 1:1 support
- Hours per Week: Full-time, 40 hours
- Weekly Pay: $60,000 - $70,000, based on experience
- Provide behavior therapy, following individualized behavior plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the interdisciplinary team to support student growth
- Collect data and monitor progress to ensure effective interventions
- Required License: RBT certification in Washington
- Education: High school diploma (Bachelors degree preferred)
