About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Social Services Specialist to join our team at Benton Franklin Health District. As a key member of our HIV Case Management Team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive case management services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will work closely with clients to develop and implement individualized plans that address their unique needs and goals, while also providing education on HIV/AIDS related conditions and treatment.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in social work or psychology, or other behavior health sciences, and at least three years of experience in social service settings. They will be required to drive regularly, possess a valid Washington State driver's license, and have proof of appropriate auto insurance.

Compensation for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings plan options.
